1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using ThriveHive's lead generation and advertising services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

2. Service Description

ThriveHive provides lead generation and multi-channel advertising services on a performance-based pricing model. Our services include:

• Social media advertising campaigns
• Search engine marketing
• Email marketing campaigns
• Lead qualification and verification
• Multi-channel advertising coordination

3. Pricing and Payment Terms

Our services are provided on a performance-based model where clients pay only for qualified leads that respond to campaigns:

• Social Media Leads: $40 per qualified lead
• Search Engine Leads: $50 per qualified lead
• Premium Multi-Channel Leads: $60 per qualified lead

Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date. A qualified lead is defined as a prospect who has actively responded to your campaign with genuine interest in your product or service.

4. Lead Quality Standards

We maintain strict quality standards for all leads delivered:

• All leads must provide valid contact information
• Leads must demonstrate genuine interest in the client's services
• We verify leads are not bots, spam, or fraudulent responses
• Leads must meet the targeting criteria agreed upon in the campaign strategy

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate information about their business and target audience
• Respond to qualified leads in a timely manner
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their industry
• Not use our services for illegal or unethical purposes
• Maintain professional standards when contacting leads

6. Service Availability

While we strive to provide continuous service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our platform. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services with reasonable notice to clients.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on our platform remain the property of ThriveHive. Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

ThriveHive's liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, clients remain responsible for payment of all qualified leads delivered prior to termination date.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Mexico, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New Mexico.
